I have a BS in Management and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. I am a Certified Coach through Maxwell Leadership and a Certified DISC Human Behavior Consultant through Personality Insights.

Prior to coaching, I was the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization for 9 years.
Before that I owned and operated promotional products franchise for 8 years. During that span, I served two terms as president of the Sunbelt Promotional Product Association.
