Dr. BB Phetla has been mentoring me for about 6 years now and still ongoing. Her level of professionalism and desire to see others growing and excelling in their craft is humbling. She believes in living a holistic life and uplifting people in and around her circle. Dr. Phetla's mentoring style is not just that of shadowing, but she will make you believe and live to your full potential. If there's ever been one person who's always been cheering for me since we first met, it's Dr. Phetla and I am forever grateful for having someone of her stature believe in a stranger like myself, took me under her wings and molded me to become the best version of myself.

Dr BB Phetla is an excellent executive coach who played a critical role in my transitioning journey from middle management to my current executive role. Dr Phetla is a brilliant coach, whether it be for career coaching or personal coaching. She is an excellent coach to bring out the best in those she coaches. It was my first experience having to appoint a life Coach in my life . I must say it was my best decision ever to have DR BB as my life coach. My experience with Dr BB Phetla's is like no other. Her approach to coaching is gentle yet firm. She is able to listen to you and understand your current state of mind and being. She is able to tap to and incorporate in the spiritual understanding of the word of God to your life. What I love most about her is that she does not only speak of the things she has read, but she has been through most of the things and that is whats makes her unique. She always uses her life experience, failures and success to assist you get to the finish line.
