About Me

Healing is possible. Those three words are true; those three things are difficult to believe. I’ve healed. Again and again and again. Physically, mentally, emotionally. From big things and small ones. By turning inward. By turning towards myself and towards love, towards my husband.

I know people are simultaneously perfect and imperfect. We are not flawed and broken. We are perfect and whole and finding our way. Our highest, best selves are inside of us, waiting to be revealed. Once we can accept this, we can bring our true and best selves to our relationships, work, partner, marriage.

I’ve studied from many mentors, teachers, and coaches.
