About Me

I have a unique talent and passion for helping people up-level their lives and leadership through authenticity, humor, curiosity, and the right balance of compassion and challenge.

As a Doctor of Psychology and executive coach, I work at the intersection of strategy, leadership, human behavior, and execution. I support professionals, founders, C-suite executives, and senior leadership in making complex decisions with greater clarity, aligning people and strategy, and translating vision into sustainable growth.

My approach combines psychological insight with practical business application. I help leaders identify the values and priorities that should guide their decisions, uncover behavioral and relational patterns that may be limiting their effectiveness, and develop the systems, habits, and accountability necessary to turn insight into measurable action.

I am particularly focused on helping leaders build people-centered organizations—cultures in which talent can thrive, expectations are clear, development is valued, and performance is sustainable. I work with clients to strengthen leadership presence, improve communication and relationships, navigate change, and align individual and organizational aspirations.

What distinguishes my work is the integration of doctoral-level psychological expertise with strategic, forward-focused coaching. I create a thoughtful and challenging environment in which leaders can examine assumptions, expand their perspective, and identify their “forward edge”—the next meaningful step in their personal and professional development.
