About Me

As an Executive Leadership and Career Coach, my unique approach integrates psychology, philosophy, and research insights to deliver impactful coaching that empowers individuals to excel. I specialize in leadership development, employee engagement, and diversity, providing tailored coaching that enhances leadership capacity, influence, and effectiveness. My focus on assessment, coaching, and leadership development has enabled leaders in emerging businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and senior executive roles to unlock their full potential. I work closely with my clients to leverage their strengths and address growth areas, equipping them with the confidence and skills needed to lead with authenticity and impact.
In 2022, I established my consultancy firm to empower individuals through coaching, public speaking, workshops, and business consulting services. My expertise is backed by a robust academic foundation and global experience. I hold a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership/Business & Consulting from Northwest University’s Center for Leadership Studies. Additionally, I possess two Master’s degrees in Applied Leadership Studies and Sociology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a certification in Conflict Resolution. My coaching philosophy centers on a yearnings-based leadership model that taps into untapped potential, driving significant results through enhanced self-confidence, self-acceptance, self-esteem, and self-compassion. I see coaching as a guiding compass, helping clients embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and continuous growth.
