About Me

Hi friends, I am a life coach from India and have coached successfully more than 1000 individuals globally over the last 10 years, to help them bring more peace, joy and well-being in their lives.

My clients are couples, who want to improve their relationship, parents who want to handle the modern parenting challenges, professionals who want to learn how to relax and manage their stress or anxiety.
I also coach senior leaders & celebrities who want to explore the higher meaning & purpose in their life and relationships, to lead a more fulfilling life.

My life and work have been deeply inspired by Dr Robert Holden, Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie and Vipassana.

I realised in the early years of my coaching practice that it's not the process or techniques but the coaching space, trust and relationship with the coach, that helps another human being to transcend their pain and suffering.

I provide a sacred space for nonjudgmental listening and utilise my questioning and other skills to facilitate my coachee's journey to connect with the wisdom and answers within.

Since I was a little girl, I have been in love with life. Always curious to dive deep into the realms of mind, emotions and inner being. Though when I recognised my passion & skill lies in life coaching & facilitation, I was already a medical Doctor working as a Gynaecologist in London.

I listened to my heart and got trained in Life coaching, NLP, Meditation, EFT, Happiness and Parent Coaching.

This journey has been extremely fulfilling and rewarding; if I can be a facilitator in your life journey, I would be honoured.
