About Me

Tania is a university academic researching and teaching entrepreneurship, organisational diversity, and cross-cultural leadership for the last 10 years. Her approach to coaching is contextual and embedded within your various environments and life experiences. Tania completed her DPhil (PhD) in entrepreneurship at the Said Business School at the University of Oxford. Her PhD received the Society of Business Ethics Best Dissertation Award and was shortlisted for the Grigor McClelland Best Dissertation Award. She also has a MS degree in Economics from the University of Warwick completed with Distinction. She has taught at various elite universities such as the London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of Liverpool Management School and trained with the Association for Coaching on professional coach training.
