About Me

I am the founder of Teleios Strategy and President of InCite Performance Group, two leading strategy advisory firms. I am deeply passionate about helping companies and leaders achieve what they didn’t think was possible. With a strong track record in high-performance team building and strategic execution, I specialize in solving complex challenges at the intersection of growth, strategy, and innovation.

With over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting and executive leadership across multiple industries, my career began in a large family foodservice distribution business. As Director of Strategy, I played a key role in guiding the company through its acquisition by a Top 5 Distributor. I then became CEO and led the turnaround of a produce merchandising and distribution company. After that, I worked as a consultant at Clareo, helping Fortune 500 clients create new growth paths.

I am also the author of two books and a frequent keynote speaker. My academic background includes a Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and a PhD from the University of Birmingham (UK). As an avid traveler, I’ve visited over 40 countries, and I’m a proud sixth-generation Coloradoan, where I live with my amazing wife and kids.
