Throughout my own personal journey with health I've learned a ton, not only though reading and research but also through experience with failing over and over again. But always getting back on the horse and continuing to fight for the sake of living a healthy lifestyle and being in the shape that I want to me. My journey isn't complete and I don't think it ever will be, as I'm always striving to improve the quality of my life.
My approach to health is strongly focused on what we eat, and only slightly on exercise (80% / 20%), but also covering many other aspects of our life that affect health, like stress and sleep. There are many factors that people either don't think of, or simply over look because they don't feel that they are related. When in fact many things are more closely connected than you might think.
