I listen to what is important to you and what it is you want to achieve. I use different tools, methods, and strategies based upon the individual client’s circumstances. There is not a one size fits all and it is important that your coach recognizes this. I tailor our sessions to meet your needs. I also focus on you as a whole. This means I am not only focused on your goal(s). While assisting you to reach and obtain your goals I also believe that helping people better themselves overall is a significant value that the client will see improvement in other areas of their lives. By acting from a sense of equality and collaboration I promote an environment where the truth can be told, mistakes made, and insights discovered. I am non-judgmental, non-directional, and impartial.
