I remember vividly the day I knew my marriage was over. The devastation was physically unbearable. Other than my father’s death, I had never experienced such a physical reaction to an emotional hurt. My moods shifted from deep sorrow to anger & resentment hourly. I felt helpless as I attempted to manage the most basic of my day to day activities. Although I was given support by well-meaning family & friends, I often felt alone & ashamed.
The end of my marriage was not an unexpected surprise, I had been living in an unhappy marriage for years. What was surprising was the absolute conviction I felt when I finally knew it was over Admitting this to myself however, was paralysing. The thought of having to make it on my own terrified me but I could no longer deny that I was dying inside. It became clear that if I didn’t change this piece of my life, I would become more closed off, bitter & resentful.
I truly understand the fear, sadness, anger & isolation you may be feeling. I applaud your courage, at whatever stage of separation or divorce you find yourself, & I acknowledge how difficult it can be to reach out for support.
While leaving my marriage was one of the most difficult decisions I have made in my life, it has been one of the most empowering. My personal experience along with an extensive journey in my own personal development has given me insight & understanding in how to transition through divorce with sanity & dignity. It is now my passion to support & empower you as you transition through your divorce by helping you move beyond what lies on the surface, inviting you to rediscover your dreams & connect to your authentic power. It is only then that you will be able to experience meaningful & lasting change & design the life that most fully brings you alive.

I am thankful, in particular, at your 'getting' what I'm afraid of and feeding it back to me in a very articulate fashion...I felt heard and that was freeing...it was instrumental in the forward movement that I experienced todayR. C.
Working with Edi allowed me to view my life from a different perspective. She coached me through the process of defining my values, and making decisions in my life that were in line with the space which I wanted to move towards. She is a pleasure of a person, but serious and clear-minded in her coaching work.K. H.
