I am a Behavioral Coach who specializes in cognitive and behavioral coaching. I coach adults with confidence, self-esteem, behavioral, and emotional issues. I have an extensive experience as a behavioral, cognitive and family coach with diverse individuals around the world, but especially with the Latino Community. I graduated in psychology from the university of Massachusetts, and I will get a master degree this quarter in clinical mental health counseling from Palo Alto University. My approaches are derived from my academics, intelligence, experiences, and goal-oriented behavioral strategies to facilitate lasting life change. I spread my work in person or through one-on-one coaching via Zoom or via my virtual office at Therapy Sites safe platform.
Change is a decision that is not easy to make, but necessary to achieve our life goals and dreams. Understanding our fears will help us to go ahead with our life. Many times, we’re aware that certain behavior is not appropriate, but we do not know how to change the way we feel and behave. For example, reacting impulsively, feeling extremely jealous or being too hopeless. When we feel in this way, there is consciousness of it, but no awareness and control of these feelings and emotions. That’s why changing is not an easy decision, but possible to achieve with the guide of a professional behavioral and cognitive coach.
