About Me
Feeling stuck, burned out, or weighed down by a major life transition? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to power through it by yourself. I’m Edward A. DeSano III, a certified Life, Relationship, and Career Coach specializing in helping adults—especially men ages 25–60—navigate the tough seasons no one prepares you for: divorce, burnout, career changes, identity shifts, and emotional exhaustion.
On the outside, you’re functioning. On the inside, you’re carrying more than you’ve ever said out loud.
That’s exactly why my coaching exists.
With 20+ years in social work, mental health, and emergency services, I’ve sat with people in their hardest moments. I know what it’s like to rebuild after life knocks you down—I’ve done it myself. My approach is straightforward: truth over fluff, clarity over chaos, action over avoidance.
Coaching with me is not therapy. It’s a practical, structured partnership designed to help you:
• Heal from past relationships or divorce
• Reduce burnout and regain control
• Navigate career transitions with confidence
• Improve communication and resolve conflict
• Rebuild identity, purpose, and direction
• Create sustainable habits and follow-through
Clients come to me when they’re tired of pretending they’re “fine.” They stay because coaching finally gives them the space, support, and accountability they’ve always needed.
Most clients tell me the same thing: “I wish I had started sooner.”
My answer is simple: It’s never too late to rewrite your life.
If you’re ready for honest conversations, steady support, and real change, I offer a free 20–30 minute consultation—no pressure, just a grounded conversation about your goals and what you want your next chapter to look like.
Your lifeline starts here.
Reviews
Sunday Edward coached me on helping me overcome my fear of public speaking. But not only that he gave me advice on how to stay on track with what I'm talking about. I was able to put it into practice at a meeting. It was a success, I went in with more confidence. Which with that made me feel better speaking at the meetings. Thank you again Edward you really helped me out and I appreciate it.
