About Me
You’ve done everything you were supposed to do—worked hard, showed up, held it all together. But lately, something feels off. You’re exhausted, unmotivated, or questioning what it’s all for. Maybe you're navigating a major transition… or maybe life just feels heavy.
That’s where I come in.
I coach adults—especially men 35–60—who are facing burnout, relationship challenges, career shifts, or a loss of direction. The ones who look “fine” on the outside but are carrying too much silently. My approach is simple: truth over fluff, clarity over chaos, action over avoidance.
With over 20 years in social work, mental health, and emergency services, I’ve sat with people in their hardest moments. I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t happen from hype—it comes from honest reflection, clear goals, and someone in your corner who won’t let you quit on yourself.
Our work together is about getting real with where you are and building a life that reflects who you actually are—not who you had to be for everyone else.
Sessions are virtual and 60 minutes long. I also offer 90-minute family sessions and support for those in recovery or in the thick of transition. Coaching isn’t therapy, but it’s a powerful space to breathe, reset, and move forward.
Most of my clients say the same thing when we begin: “I should’ve done this sooner.” But here’s the truth—it’s never too late to realign, recommit, and reclaim what matters to you. You’re not weak for needing help. You’re wise for not staying stuck.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to start. If you're ready to stop pretending you're okay and actually do something about it, let’s talk. I offer a free 20-minute consultation. No pressure—just a real conversation that could change everything.
