I believe that most of the suffering we experience in life come from our wandering away from our core values. Like losing our compass we no longer know what is right for us and what we're about.
Reconnecting to our core values allow us to operate from a place of empowerment and growth, aligning to the needs of our soul rather than those of our ego (where we have fears and unmet needs).
