About Me

The reasons of having succeeded or failed in one´s journey can only be replicated or averted if feedback was received during the execution of work, and that is very difficult to get nowadays given the time constraints, stressed working environment or lack of knowledge on how to provide it.
Giving valuable feedback has been my mission during a long management career in various professional areas, disciplines, and cultures. This experience made me develop a web application that uses real life-real time feedback using personal analytics. I call it ¨Feedback Activity Management¨or FAM for short. In the process, the user will be able to receive three types of feedback, one that compares efforts vs. results during the execution of the tasks at hand, keeping focused on objectives. A second feedback will make user cognizant of the emotions experienced in the management core areas like planning, controlling, directing or any other in the job profile, important for the development of emotional intelligence. FAM features these feedbacks using a graphical representation that allows the user to correlate action vs. reaction and make corrections before is too late.
A third feedback is given by means of a dynamic agenda where activities are listed for execution, those completed are sent to a historical archive for future reference on similar ones.
The FAM process tool is customizable for each job description, department, goals, life etc. easy to use and accessible from any smartphone or tablet while on the run.
Ask yourself if your planner or ¨to-do¨ list can tell you why you are deviating from your objectives, or give you a solid information about your management tendencies and feelings, if you are not getting it you need FAM.
I believe that if one has completed all the activities planned for the day but has not learned something about oneself then, one is only working for others, and this could result in burnout and loss of personal productivity and happiness.
