About Me

With over 25 years in people and culture, global executive leadership, and executive coaching, Elisa has worked with organizations from start-ups to Fortune 10 companies. Passionate about holistic coaching, she focuses on the whole person to foster sustainable change and growth. Her approach centers on aligning clients' growth and development goals with accelerated progress.

Throughout her career, Elisa has partnered with coaches to enhance her authenticity, presence, and engagement at key life and career milestones. This collaboration expanded her creativity, leadership capacity, and high-impact learning within a trusted environment. She has held executive roles across industries—including healthcare, food and beverage, technology, manufacturing, and retail—with positions at UnitedHealth Group, Brown & Toland Physicians, Cargill, Datacard, Donaldson Company, and Wilson’s Leather.

Elisa's global leadership includes working in Singapore, Paris, Tokyo, and Seoul, leading Human Resources and projects across APAC, Australia, EMEA, and Brazil. Her experiences abroad and in rural U.S. locations have given her a unique macroeconomic and leadership perspective.

Elisa has a BA in Language Arts and is an MA candidate in Human Resource Development. Her coaching certification is from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, a premier coaching program and she is certified in many personality and team assessments. She is a coach that has been in the executive's shoes and strives to walk the walk.

Elisa embodies the essence of a soulful seeker, continually evolving through bold, intentional strides. Originally from Minnesota, she now resides in San Francisco, CA. In 2022, she took an executive sabbatical to rediscover her life's purpose, dedicating time to professional development, establishing healthful practices, and volunteering in advisory roles. This sabbatical laid the groundwork for Purpose, Balance, Journey People Consulting & Coaching, focusing on leadership development.
