About Me

I’m a certified Transformational Life Coach through Authentic Education, an ICF-recognized program focused on deep mindset work, emotional intelligence, and lasting behavior change. I hold a Holistic Nutrition Coaching certification from the Nester Institute, accredited by the AADP, where I studied the gut-brain connection, mood balance, and sustainable nourishment. I also trained in NLP through Auspicium Limited, adding subconscious reprogramming tools to my practice. Additionally, I am trauma-informed, certified through The Center for Healing, which grounds my work in nervous system awareness and emotional safety. I also speak fluent Spanish.
