About Me

I bring a combined 15 years of extensive experience, professionally coaching c-suite executives, teams and individuals.

My clients have included corporations,organisations, charities, along with private executives in International Maritime Industry, celebrity clients and psychologists in their own fields of specialism.

I contributed ten years volunteering as a coach within a leading global training company working with entrepreneurs.

Prior to entering private practice as a professional coach my background was in entrepreneurship where my clients included WHSMITH, EMAP, Coco De Mer and others.

Alongside my early career I developed a body based practice which further informs the work I am able to offer clients today including somatic awareness relating to trauma stored in the body, its impact on our mental, emotional and physical health. So my approach is holistic and integrated, no matter the topic we are addressing in your coaching arrangement.
