About Me
You’re doing your best to hold things together—but inside, something is quietly breaking.
Maybe it’s your relationship. You’re sharing a life with someone who no longer sees you… or hears you. Every conversation feels like a battle or a shutdown. You’re walking on eggshells, or living parallel lives under the same roof.
Maybe it’s anxiety. You can’t seem to shut off your mind. You replay everything. You overthink, overextend, and still feel like you’re falling short.
Maybe you’re in recovery—working so hard to stay clean, clear, and calm. But underneath the surface, there’s pain. Shame. Loneliness. And it feels like no one truly understands what you’ve carried just to survive.
I’m Elizabeth, a life coach and counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and couples reconnect—with themselves, and each other.
This is work for the weary-hearted. The people who look fine on the outside but feel exhausted inside. The ones who are done pretending, done fixing everyone else, and finally ready to come home to themselves.
You might recognize yourself here if:
You’re in a marriage that feels more like a roommate situation—or a war zone
You’re constantly anxious, overstimulated, and one step from burnout
You’re in recovery and want emotional support that goes deeper than staying sober
You second-guess yourself endlessly, yet never feel “enough”
You long for peace, connection, and to feel like you again
In our work together, we’ll unravel the deeper stories and wounds that keep these patterns in place. I draw from spiritual psychology, emotional healing, trauma-informed work, and real-life tools to help you feel whole again.
Sessions are virtual and available across the U.S. I also offer a women’s group for those seeking support and connection in community.
If something in you whispered yes, I invite you to start with a free 30-minute discovery call. Let’s begin.
Reviews
Elizabeth saw my now husband and me during our engagement for three 4-week sessions last summer. She was knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and spoke from a place that spoke to both my husband and me even though our spirituality is much different. She was able to bring us together through her approach. My husband is introverted and does not let many people in, but by the end of our time, he had opened up to her in a way that I didnt know was possible. He spoke about things that I had wanted to hear about for a long time and through Elizabeths mediation I was able to gain so much insight into his thought process, reactions and actions. Conversely, I was given key insights into my actions and thought processes and the way that it could affect my husband. I am so grateful for our time with Elizabeth. Additionally, she has gone and above since our paid sessions, offering a complimentary 15-minute check-in and consistently sends check-in emails every 2 months or so. She is completely invested in her patients and has a servants heart that is so necessary for effective therapy and counseling. Thank you for all that you did for us and continue to do, Elizabeth!
