About Me
I have been through many of life’s ups and downs, and I want to be your guide to navigating you through the roller coaster of life. For better or worse, I have experienced divorce, death and dating. I am a reluctant expert in those three Ds. While going through my divorce seven years ago, I began my training as a life coach to educate myself and seek out tools to survive and thrive. Then life through in other curve balis, as it always does. As a coach I want to be your guide through the very non-linear process of healing and finding your way forward. Together, with honesty, compassion and hopefully a few laughs, we can create a path to help you feel confident and safe in your new normal.
