About Me
I help young adults and adults who are starting over and still feel stuck. New country, new career, a life rebuilt from zero, and the old patterns still running at work and in relationships.
You can already explain why you feel this way. You are still stuck. That is not a failure of insight.
I got myself out of a 7-year depression. In that same chapter I went through loss, immigration, a career change, toxic relationships which got me into psychology and coaching. I've built a business from zero in a different industry and have been coaching other women to do the same during the last 4 years. I hold a BA in Communication and Psychology, and I draw on yoga, mind-body practices, and anti-stress tools.
We work through conversation. Anti-stress tools come in when they help. Sessions are 60 minutes and can run to 100 when the work needs it, same rate. Between sessions there is extra support and WhatsApp check-ins. No script. We start with what is already strong in you.

I was deeply depressed due to health and personal issues. None of it was unresolvable, but even though I realized that deep down, I felt like no one cared and started slipping into drugs. Luckily for me, I met Lisa, and she helped me get out of that situation and figure my life out. Now I'm doing much better mentally and in my career. Looking back, I will always be grateful and will never forget what she did for me.
