About Me
Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I married my college crush in 2006. After years of infertility and failed fertility treatments, we adopted 3 incredible kids. They are my favorite gifts that came out of my infertility journey. We have 1 dog and 1 cat that are as loud and crazy as our kids. I love to eat yummy food, travel, laugh, and spend time with both my extended and nuclear family.
I am a mindset and confidence coach for women and teens and I founded Tandem Life Coach in 2021. I am passionate about using my identity and voice to come alongside brave souls and helping them discover their inner greatness.
I spent the first 4 decades of my life searching for significance in popularity, motherhood, marriage, money, and social media follows. But, once I hired my first life coach, she helped me open my eyes to who I have always been and that my value and worth have been here since the day I was conceived. Once I had the life changing mind shifts, I knew I would never be the same again and I couldn’t sit back and not come alongside individuals in their journeys of discovering their value and worth and in turn achieve the life of their dreams. Once we change our minds, we change our lives and that affects EVERYTHING!
I am a certified life coach (CLC) and hold an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a BA in Youth Ministry from Hope International University.

When I first found Elizabeth, I wasnt sure what a life coach was all about. If I am honest, I think I was a little more on the uneasy side, but also knew I needed to do something different. I had done over 9 years of intense weekly therapy and then COVID changed a lot of things. I signed up for a introduction session with Elizabeth, and really enjoyed the fact that we had a lot in common, could laugh at some of the hard things of life, but then also be incredibly vulnerable. Oddly, when I did the introductory session, my life was about to be flipped upside down, at 37, and I felt alone with no one in my corner. My parents were separating after being together since they were 14, they sold the house I was living in at the time, I moved into a house of pure chaos and lies, addictions, and I did all I could to make everyone happy, because thats what I always did. So, I went all in with coaching from Elizabeth! I started with little things. Setting boundaries, my budget and debt, working on my relationship with my parents but the real stuff the hard stuff happened so naturally. One day, I told her that I was thinking about moving cross country. From that moment I knew I wasnt alone. I wasnt stupid. I wasnt too much when I would reach out to her. I remember her telling me a few times youre right where you need to be. Now, After packing up my entire life, and walking away from all the dysfunction, greed, and abuse I was putting myself through, just to feel heard I made the cross country drive from CA to FL. And the entire time, Elizabeth has been with me the entire time. Ive worked with her 3 separate times. Dealing with finances, daily routines, self discovery, my struggle with sexuality, my confidence. My family, and the biggest showing the younger me that its safe this time around. So if you feel stuck or need someone to walk alongside you, I highly recommend Elizabeth! Give it a couple sessions, and your life wont be the same in a good way!
