About Me

I believe in the power of coaching to change perspectives and change lives. I've experienced it as a client and I witness the transformation my clients experience. For the past many years, I have coached women through job, relationship, and parenthood transitions, through finding harmony between their work life and life outside of work, and through the process of prioritizing their own well-being. I've coached clients all over the world, including the United States, Canada, China, and India. I am a group coach for the company Allies in Mental Health, which helps people tend to their mental wellbeing at work in in their lives overall, and coach pro-bono for The Women's Impact Alliance, which supports young women leaders working to create social and environmental impact.

​Outside of coaching I conduct research to help nonprofit organizations and leaders to be as effective as they can be. I served as a vice-president for a national nonprofit for 13 years and earlier in my career started my own business to consult for nonprofits,  university research centers and clinical mental health programs. I've practiced yoga and meditation for 20 years, and served as a board member and teacher for several community and educational organizations.
