About Me

Hello!
My name is Ellie and I am currently a student of the Quantum Success Coaching Academy (part of the ICF). I am four months away from completing my certification, and I have been coaching individuals since May 2013. I spent 6 years in the field of Social Work and have now refined the way in which I'd like to guide people in their continuous evolution in self improvement. Specifically, I coach individuals to challenge beliefs they hold that prevent them from better versions of themselves. Together, we will also evaluate thought patterns that don't serve you in the highest way. I also guide individuals mindfuness and how certain thought patterns affect them emotionally. Since we are we are what we think and feel- the processes I will guide you through are essential to creating a richer life!
