Elliot is one of very few Coaches under 30. Perhaps the only one to operate a busy, diverse private practice ranging from finding purpose to career development.
As a Personal Coach, Elliot's focus is:
*Purpose-driven careers that allow for freedom. Break the shackles of passionless employment!
*Living in the present & fostering gratitude. Overcome anxiety, unfulfilled dreams & frustration.
*Authentic & assertive communication. Learn to prioritise yourSELF.
The results? Confidence. Self-Love & Acceptance. Peace of mind.
Following a 1st in Business Management & Leadership, whilst simultaneously creating dance music events, 2 years as a music producer whilst building and operating an entertainment business, 5 years in banking and trading the financial markets (including 2 years trading remotely in the Rockies whilst pursuing a snowboarding obsession)... He had a breakdown:
"My mid-life crisis came early. It was the best thing that ever happened to me.
Through receiving Coaching, I was forced to answer 'What is this all for? What do i really, really want, anyway?', allowing for a level of self-awareness, acceptance and, subsequently, growth, the likes of which I could not have imagined. The joy and clarity I have now I wouldn't swap for anything.
Like most, I coach others because coaching turned my life around.
Unlike most, I am young, vibrant and, at my best, authentic. My highest values are peace of mind, love (of self & others), playfulness & shared experience.
I am human, I have flaws - I don’t think its right to portray myself as a guru, or perfect, or as a source of invaluable advice. In a coaching relationship, the onus is on you to be vulnerable. Without doubt, the way to get the most from coaching is by being the most vulnerable and honest (foremost with yourself) you can be. I believe the more open I am, the more willing you are.
There's only one question on your mind:
'Can you help me?'
Give me 90 minutes. Let's find out.

Coaching with Elliot has been transformative for me. When I began, I wasn't so sure what I wanted (out of life or out of coaching!), but i had this subtle feeling that I was spending my time on earth constantly trying to fix 'something' - but i couldn't quite figure out what that something was. From the very first session, I began to grasp what the problems were. I had difficulties expressing my emotions, especially at work, where my performance was lagging for some unknown reason (the fact the reason was unknown frustrated me even more!). I couldn't convince anyone of my point of view. This difficulty had lasted so long I was oblivious to it. Elliot helped uncover the blind spot with some deep, challenging questions. Once we had discovered the real issue, the solutions came one by one. First at work, where I was attempting to influence the company towards a completely different type of product development. Slowly I was able to let go of my 'I know best' attitude, and begin to involve others in the creation of ideas, subsequently improving them, and stakeholder buy in. I developed relationships that were far more enjoyable and productive and... Ultimately, after 8 years of getting nowhere, my efforts are being realised and senior leadership is seeing value in my suggestions. My product development theory is now in practice. At home and in my personal life, I am opening up more to people around me. Discovering new emotions and feelings all the time, constantly breaking ground. Elliot is always there to go deeper and remind me of my defense mechanisms when they are getting in the way. As a result, my wife and I are communicating in a wholesome way, rather than a fractured one, and the time I spend with our baby is REAL, one on one, present and joyous time. Completely for the moment.Troy, Software Development Executive, New Zealand
When I first started working with Elliot, my personal life had fallen apart in 3 main ways: 1) My partner had walked out 2) My family estate needed dealing with as a result of bereavement 3) A dependant of mine required relocation from mainland Europe to the UK. School, housing... The whole shebang. And all of this whilst on a quiet month's getaway in the countryside, after an intense year growing a start-up. Oh, and it was April 2020. The start of the UK pandemic lockdown. I wasn't freaking out, but I required intervention, clarity and, most of all, stability. Over the next two months, we worked on my mindset, my values and any other blocks holding me back. Elliot didn't hold back, he was firm and called me out where necessary. However his compassion always shone through. As a result, I am enjoying a stable romantic relationship once more, stronger and with greater depth of understanding than before. The estate has been dealt with. This involved MANY ups and downs: difficult conversations with siblings, buyers dropping out... Estate agents! Most importantly, my dependant has been relocated, and is loving her new life, and the extra time we spend together. We now live together in the countryside. As a result of working through the above, and our on-going work together, I have gained a few 'meta' benefits: self-awareness (especially of my reactions to certain situations and how to lessen the likelihood of them), dealing with rejection (taking a stoic approach), communication (come to terms with my natural qualities as a leader... And avoiding condescension) and gratitude.George, Eco Start-Up, London
Quite simply: I hired Elliot because I wanted a promotion. Through our conversations, I came to understand some resentment towards my employers as a feeling of entitlement. After initial embarrassment, I realised that the entitlement was justified: I was performing a role at a pay grade, but receiving the pay grade below. They were, as is to be expected, getting the most they could from me, at the lowest cost. Elliot and I discovered some ways I could approach communicating this. As a result, I now have a far more honest communication with my managers, and the recognition I deserve. Financially and interpersonally. I feel confident that I can deal with these situations in the future, and in my ability to be assertive.Jack, Maritime Insurance Lawyer & Executive, London.
I started coaching wanting assertiveness more than anything, especially at work. We started there, and quickly I was getting amazing results: saying no to projects that didn't excite me/weren't worth the companies time, getting 1 on 1's with my CEO and them valuing my input... We went deeper. Discovered some of the fundamental reasons I lacked assertiveness in the first place. After dealing with those, I have hold of something I never knew I didn't have: self-acceptance. Coaching is expensive, but when I tried to put a price on accepting and loving myself for who i am, right now, rather than who I was or could be, it seemed priceless. Well worth it.Paul, PhD & Sustainable Planning Executive, Oxford
I couldn't work out why I never stayed focused on one thing for longer than 3 months, despite success. I wanted to commit to a career, a relationship, a lifestyle... Working with Elliot was challenging, painful at times, but my self awareness grew to the point where I understand which of my beliefs, behaviours and priorities affect the results I get, but don't want. I am now running a programming business which has been going for 6 months, with a great team.Fred, Programming/Coding start up co-owner, Oslo
I was at the end of my patience with my 9-5 when first talking with Elliot. Having been in software development for many years, I was jaded, bored, easily irritated and fatigued. Not just with my job, either. It was spilling over into the rest of my life: relationships, creativity etc. I resented my job for what it took from me. I had no idea what to do next. I had grown comfortable with my salary, and feared risks. After working with Elliot, I have begun the process of starting my own business, using my artistic passion as the focus. With a failed attempt in my past, I had many reservations and was scared of this path. After a few conversations, It became clear that I had to try; or continue to shrivel inside. I discovered much about myself along the way, and dealt with a few setbacks (coronavirus being one!) but at this point I know what my potential is. I've done my first few installations and paintings, learned to develop and use my network, become more assertive and business savvy, and am confident in my financial needs as i transition from salary to business income. Most importantly, I am living with passion and intensity again. Thank you.Patrick, Creative Arts Business Owner, Belgium
As a busy sales manager I often lack time for myself and can often find myself out of self. Elliot has shown me how to create a perfect and productive work life balance which has hugely benefited me and my family - thank you again for everything you have done!Guy, Sales Manager, Southampton
At a challenging time, Elliot has offered a valuable insight into the methods than can be used to take back control of an unnerving situation. His assistance and carefully tactile process has been paramount in allowing me to see things in a much clearer light, all without the need of being pushy, judgemental or intimidating. It is easy to think that you have covered every single corner of possibility in looking for solutions and that there is no other way forward, however Elliot is able to let you pave your own way and stumble into new ideas with his professional and leading yet sensitive approach.Pete, Pet Services Business Owner, Bristol
I wanted to start a side business. I also had some bad habits to break. Elliot pushed me to go deeper and to understand myself, my problems, and my goals better, to grow, and to shift my perspective. He took his time during our meeting to understand my situation, asked good questions that made me reflect more on what I can do to improve, and gave good advice. My side business is up and running and, whilst still challenging, I feel I can deal with whatever it throws at me. I thank him for his help and I highly recommend working with Elliot.Roberto, Customer Engagement, London
I had a fantastic block of sessions with Elliot. Very professional and really helped with my personal goals in making them achievable. I was struggling with a dream career option for quite a while. Now I'm in that career. I can only thank him for all his help.Alex, UK Sales Manager (Nessy Learning), Bristol
Elliot is great! He's got a knack for getting to the core of the issue your dealing with and helping add clarity. I had some sticky issues with the next steps to take to grow my business in a way I enjoyed, and as a result of working together, I've got some clear actions to go away with feeling very positive about making the changes I want to. I'll definitely be booking in some more sessions and would recommend him to anyone looking into coaching.Ian, Injury/Performance Clinic Owner, Southampton
Elliot over delivers as a Career Coach. Elliot took his time during our meeting to understand my situation in a holistic way. He not only looked to understand my career situation, but he strove to understand me as a person. He is the type of person people would enjoy speaking with and learning from.Kevin, Pharmaceutical Sales, NY area

Elliot really helped me when I got to a crossroad about my career. He could see into me and raise crucial questions that got me to better understand myself. I really enjoyed conversing with him and I still do occasionally. He is a good person, he really cares about the people he coaches and does that in a humble and authentic way. He is very sensitive and he doesn't BS talkYaniv, Life Coach & Strategist, Israel
What a brilliant coach! Elliot is a very authentic coach, great listener, very knowledgeable, and has great passion to deliver tremendous value. I went from complete confusion and lack of confidence in my next career steps, to identifying the path forward and taking action, all in the matter of a few sessions. I highly recommend Elliot to anyone seeking career development.Mohamad, Consultant, London
Elliot is a great executive coach. He gets to the real core of the matter very quickly, has a persistent but warm style, and his interactions are intelligent and insightful. If you truly want to progress in your goals and remove your barriers effectively, I highly recommend working with Elliot.Ralph, London, Fintech
I lost my confidence, having given up on an amazingly enjoyable job in the airline industry, to focus on a 'career' in the more typical sense. I wanted something that would provide for me and my future, but was also fun and drove me towards my passions. But my confidence was so low. The online job search was so bleak. Nothing seemed to inspire me. Through coaching, I noticed my perfectionism was my excuse for not taking action. Elliot didn't let me get away with that excuse anymore, and soon after the amount of jobs I was applying too shot upwards. I was having interesting conversations with people in my network, in industries I wanted to be involved in, visiting museums and interacting with employees there. Taking action in spite of fear. That was the major takeaway. Not only am I pursuing the career I really want, but this action focus and confidence have spilled over into some other areas. Thanks Elliot.Alice, London, The Arts
