About Me

Hi, my name is Emily and I am a certified life coach who has a passion for helping others in areas regarding self-confidence, mentally healthy mindsets and lifestyles, guidance for careers, and accomplishing any set goals.
I have been studying psychology for over 4 years with a emphasis in positive psychology along with some research experience. On top of that I have worked within my local health department assisting those through all walks of life.
Due to my personal and professional experience my hope is that every client feels safe, encouraged, and inspired. I am not here to judge or provide any pushy advice. As your coach we both are a team to help reach your goals and make them happen!!
