Emily Steliotes Davis, California
Career Coach, Leadership Coach, Life Coach
Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF)
I hold bachelor's and master's degrees from Tufts University as well as a professional certificate in coaching. I have completed the National Career Development Association (NCDA) Facilitating Career Development training program and am certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), which is accredited by the Center for Credentialing & Education. I am currently in the process of getting my ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a former recruiter and career development instructor.
I have extensive experience working with students, recent graduates, and young professionals who are seeking career clarity and confidence. I have particular expertise helping clients build their online personal brand through LinkedIn and Handshake.
On a personal note, I know exactly what it feels like to be confused and overwhelmed in your career because I was when I graduated. I jumped from job to job to internship to graduate school again before I truly discovered a career path that was right for me (a portfolio career). I want to help you do that too! I love helping clients achieve their most ambitious goals and take control of their career.

I really enjoyed my discussions with Emily about next steps in my career. She helped me to understand where my skills and interests intersect, identify development areas, and plan concrete steps I can take to achieve my goals. Emily offered a tailored approach and a valuable perspective.Lauren
At first I was reluctant to seek help from a career coach. Like many people, I am not great at asking for help when I need it. As someone looking for direction in my career, it can be hard even to know what questions to ask. Emily Steliotes at College Iris was helpful and understanding. Through career assessments I was able to focus in on what lifestyle and industry I wanted to pursue. Getting an objective and thoughtful perspective helped me understand what goals to set and how to reach them. Emily also gave me lots of practical advice about Linkedin, networking, and personal branding.Kelly W.
