About Me

Hello there!

My name is Emily Wurzel.

I am a herbalist, holistic health coach, mother, wife, and homemaker.

I started Wurzel's Wellness to pursue my passion of helping others with integrative medicine.

For me, my eagerness for learning about herbal medicine was just the beginning of how I got to where I am now. I have struggled for years with my own health, both physical and mental, which led me into researching many natural alternatives and learning about how important it is to get to the root cause instead of just masking the symptoms.
Once I discovered my passion, my next step was completing a certificate in Herbal Studies and from there I then enrolled in a Bachelors of Science in Integrative Health Sciences with a Major in Herbal Medicine. I appreciate my degree as it not only focusing on just alternative medicine but the conventional as well. Having the background in a health science degree helps me have a better understanding of how both holistic and conventional medicine can work together for the best overall outcome. There is something so wonderful about how they complement each other.

With the knowledge I have gained, I feel quite confident in helping others achieve their goals with implementing holistic protocols that meet each individuals needs.

I am very excited to be starting this new chapter and look forward to speaking with you!
