I work with a wide range of clients and organisations, but I specialise in career coaching, working with black and minority ethnic managers and professionals, working with young people, working with young men, working with professional athletes and creatives to identify their dreams, goals, strengths and talents, identify barriers and limiting beliefs, improve performance, support and manage change, and help plan their futures.
