About Me

I am a certified Professional Life Coach (certified through IAPRC), BS - Psychology, I would like to introduce you to my coaching philosophy. and what led me to become a Life Coach. I have always had a passion for helping others to improve their lives and reach their full potential. I have been a coach for the past 25 years. I have a background in psychology, and as I have discovered through the years, Life Coaching is an empowering and effective field to help people make positive changes in their lives.
I am of the belief that we each can achieve our goals. Coaching is a relationship between you and your coach. You are the expert in your life. Coaching helps connect you to your own wisdom and this enables you to take action to create the life you really want. It is my role as your coach to empower and support you.
The core values that I bring to my coaching sessions are an essential part of my coaching philosophy. These values identify what are most important in my life They guide me in my beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors. Trustworthiness is the most important of my values, followed by compassion, empathy, honesty, loyalty, accountability, dependability, challenge, optimism and happiness.
My transformational and mindful styles of coaching align with my core values. My transformational style allows me to provide candid feedback and authentic support throughout our coaching relationship. This transformational style will be used to inspire you to seek self-discovery, and accountability. As we work on your most challenging goals it will also promote the growth of your motivation and problem-solving skills. My mindful style of coaching techniques will allow you to become aware of your thoughts and emotions and help you better understand your limits and hinderances. This style of coaching will enable you to overcome challenges and make significant progress in your personal and profrofessional life.
