About Me

You weren’t made to drift—you were made to lead.

My name is Eric R. Nabinger, and I help Christian men discover and live out their God-given purpose so they can lead with confidence at work, love with intention at home, and guide their families in faith.

For 23 years, I served in the U.S. Army, leading soldiers through challenges that demanded every ounce of strength, discipline, and grit. Yet, no mission has been more sacred or more humbling than leading my wife and our five children with faith, love, and integrity. The military taught me strategy and resilience, but it was the ups and downs of marriage and fatherhood that revealed what true leadership really means. It doesn’t come from rank, position, or willpower, it comes from daily, deliberate surrender to God. Dreams only become reality when we take action, and every step of my own growth has been built on putting hands and feet to the visions God gave me.

I’ve walked through burnout, confusion, and spiritual drift. I’ve chased goals that left me empty and wrestled deeply with identity and calling. But when I finally surrendered it all before the Lord, He met me with purpose. Clarity. Mission.

Out of that refining process, the 8 Pillars of Life Building were born—eight foundational truths that anchor my coaching and empower men to rebuild their lives from the inside out:

2. Discipline – building strong habits and a resilient mindset

3. Courage – facing fear, wounds, and hard choices

4. Responsibility – owning your life, your family, and your future

5. Brotherhood – walking with men who sharpen and strengthen you

7. Mission – living with focus, not just surviving

8. Faith – because without God, none of this holds
