About Me
There is enough material written on leadership out there that one could spend many lifetimes reading it. Understanding what leadership is will only get you so far. Practicing it is the key. And as a mentor of mine always told me: “Don’t do it alone”.
This is where I come in. In our coaching conversations, we create a space for you to reflect deeply on your goals, challenges, successes, doubts, and the emotional ups and downs of your journey. You’ll build the capacity to navigate complexity more effectively and take difficult decisions with conviction. Together, we’ll design courageous actions that lead to exceptional results with integrity and joy.

I’m a leadership coach and facilitator, based in New York and working internationally. In my previous life, I co-founded Clair, a mission-oriented FinTech company, and earned a Master's degree from the Harvard Kennedy School with a Certificate in Management, Leadership & Decision Sciences.
