About Me

My name is Erika, I am a faith based life & business coach. I come from very humble beginnings. I am a mom of two amazing Godsent sons. I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2012. I have struggled and failed-face first, in multiple areas of my life, as well as business-especially sales, and I have also achieved being the #1 sales agents for multiple consecutive years, while also mentoring others to achieve the same, if not better! I have made sacrifices that cost me blood, sweat and tears. I have also now have an extra ordinary relationship with my sons. In the Spring of 2018, I seemed to have it all on the outside, the house, the car, the booming career where I, along with my team, were setting company records at work, and of course-the money! But, One day I found myself literally snot nose crying underneath my desk after being bullied by someone who I had been in a relationship with-both personally and professionally. And I resorted to one of the things that I would do, mostly, in times of desperate need. I began to pray! I began to pray because I felt so broken down mentally emotionally and spiritually. I didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t do it on my own any more! Within a few weeks, I made a yet another super hard decision in my life, I decided to leave the office environment. I felt a definite nudge within my spirit to leave what I had sacrificed so much for for several years. A business that I thought was my identity, as well as personal and professional relationships. But, when I left the office environment, agents, and leaders continued to reach out to me for guidance and help. Today, I mentor others to embody faith-despite adversity! :) I believe that everything happens for a reason, a season or a purpose. There's a reason why we have gravitated towards each other.
