About Me

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.

My journey to becoming a coach started during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was at a rough spot, being diagnosed with Depression, ADHD, and OCD. I was unsure of how I should move forward with my life.

It was through this state of limbo that I decided to connect with myself and what I truly loved. I just knew I wanted to make a difference, but was not quite sure how. By some amazing stroke of luck, I stumbled upon the Coaching Program I graduated from and now work for.

Coaching solidified my belief that every individual already has the answers they're looking for, and what truly needs to be done is to draw these answers out of each client. I myself learn and grow from the insights my clients arrive at, because none of the answers ever come from me.

I allow my clients to learn more about themselves in every coaching session, and to arrive at answers that takes into account who my client is, what they have experienced, and how they process their experiences.

It would be an honor for me to walk alongside you with this vulnerable and special journey.
