About Me

I work with founders, entrepreneurs, CEOs and senior executives who know that their next level of growth requires more than a new strategy, a better system or another business goal. It requires looking at themselves differently.

My coaching approach combines executive and leadership development with deep personal work. I help clients explore the patterns, assumptions and blind spots that may be influencing the way they lead, make decisions, communicate and relate to others — often without them realizing it.

This is the foundation of my Blind Spot Method: creating the space to see what you cannot see on your own, understand what is driving it, and consciously choose what you want to do differently.

My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to ask the questions that make you think, challenge what you take for granted, and create a space where you can be honest about what is really happening — without judgment.

I believe that when we work on the person, we transform the leader. And when leaders grow with greater self-awareness, clarity and authenticity, their teams, organizations and impact grow with them.

My professional background combines coaching, business and leadership experience, allowing me to understand both the human side of leadership and the complexity of the environments in which leaders operate.
