About Me

I am often asked how I got into coaching in the first place - this wasn’t something I had planned! My life has always been rooted in music. At four years old, there I was, holding a tiny violin, coaxing Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star into the world. Music wasn’t just a skill—it became my anchor, my solace, and my greatest teacher. It taught me how to focus when everything around me felt like noise, how to master discipline when all I wanted to do was get lost in the notes, and how to learn—again and again—that true excellence isn’t about perfection, but about embodying the music, connecting deeply with those around you.

For twenty years, I pursued that embodiment as a professional violinist in London, honing not just the art of performance, but the craft of connection—with audiences, with fellow musicians, with myself and with something greater than myself.

The pandemic, combined with a difficult divorce brought me to my knees in every sense. It took almost two years, much patience and skilful support to heal and recover; I realised I needed to explore new paths and that I was now ready to embrace a new version of myself.

I began to feel the pull toward something that would allow me to use my skills and experience in a different way from before. That’s when I found Integral Coaching. It became clear to me that the focus, embodiment, and ability to connect deeply were exactly what my clients needed to create lasting change in their lives.
Growing up as the daughter of a diplomat meant that my life was a blend of cultures and constant movement. I was always curious about the world and how people relate to one another. London has been my home for 25 years now, giving me the space to explore my passions beyond music—tango dancing, cold-water swimming, tantra, and cooking. And amid all of this, I’m also a mother to two incredible boys and the proud human companion to Kafka the lurcher, who reminds me daily of the beauty and power of living in the present moment.
