Coaching: A step-by-step journey towards your goals.
Solution-focused coaching centers on the result you want to achieve, and to get you closer to it. Within a few sessions there is usually sufficient progress to enable you to continue independently. Typically, we'll spend 45 to 90 minutes per session. ​Choose between English, German and Spanish, so that you feel comfortable with the language we speak and can focus on your goals.
