About Me

Hello my name is Faith Melton and I am the owner of SAGA Serve Accomplish Grow Achieve LLC. I have over 18 years of customer service experience, nearly 10 years of leadership involvement, a Master's degree in Human Services, and I am currently in pursuit of a Doctoral degree in Education: Performance Improvement in Leadership. In the customer service industry, I feel like a dinosaur, nearly extinct; however there is something so pleasant and intimate about serving others and meeting their needs. With a strong passion to coach others in leadership development and employee relations, I go above and beyond to ensure that my clients have successful outcomes with their staff. SAGA is comprised of four principles, Serve Accomplish Grow & Achieve. The purpose is to Serve our customers and each other by Accomplishing daily goals that lead to Growing relationships while Achieving an increase in clientele, sales, benchmarks, and most importantly in customer satisfaction. SAGA Serve Accomplish Grow Achieve LLC's mission statement is upgrading service standards by resetting the bar and the vision is improving service standards through coaching, advising, and consulting in leadership and customer service.
