About Me

I’m a Life Strategist and Growth Mentor who supports people through periods of change, transition, and an underlying sense that something needs attention. Life may look fine on the outside, while internally clarity, focus, and direction are missing.

Many of my clients are highly capable and used to carrying responsibility, expectations, and other people’s needs. They are thoughtful, self-aware, and often the ones others rely on. They do not come to coaching because something is wrong. They come because continuing in the same way no longer fits.

My work is grounded, practical, and deeply human. I do not believe in quick fixes or surface-level motivation. I help clients slow things down enough to think clearly, reconnect with what genuinely matters, and make decisions they can stand behind with confidence and self-trust.

I have been coaching professionally since 2009 and bring a calm, strategic approach shaped by experience across life coaching, results-focused coaching, and personal development. I am trained through Authentic Education and am currently on the ICF pathway, preparing for my ACC credential.

Clients often tell me they feel steadier, clearer, and more empowered after our work together, not because everything suddenly changes, but because they feel better equipped to make decisions they trust.

I predominantly work with women, and also coach men who are navigating similar themes around leadership, identity, clarity, and meaningful change. I offer one-on-one coaching, including strategy sessions and longer-term containers such as my Ascension program.
