About Me
I support people through periods of change, transition, and life redesign… those moments where something no longer feels clear, direction feels blurry, and it is hard to know where to begin.
People come to this work for different reasons. A goal they keep not reaching. A purpose they are searching for. A direction that no longer fits. A decision that keeps circling. A life that looks fine on the outside and does not feel fine on the inside.
What they often share is a feeling that they have lost momentum, clarity, or connection with what actually matters to them right now.
Many of my clients are highly capable and used to figuring things out. They are self-aware, have often invested in personal or professional development before, and are ready for something that goes deeper than insight alone.
Together we slow things down enough to understand what is actually happening, clarify what genuinely matters right now, and build practical direction from there.
I have been coaching professionally since 2009. My approach is grounded, strategic, and deeply human. I work across life design, purpose, goal setting, self-leadership, and navigating meaningful change… without quick fixes or manufactured urgency.
I work across a wide range of situations including career transitions, relationship crossroads, business direction, burnout, purpose finding, and major life decisions. Sessions are calm, direct, and deeply focused. Clients often leave feeling clearer than they have in years.
My work is grounded in both science and a deep respect for the human spirit. I work well with all backgrounds, beliefs, and worldviews.
I work predominantly with women navigating identity shifts, life transitions, and meaningful change. I also work with men navigating similar themes.
Based in Australia. Working with clients locally and internationally.
