About Me

Hi, I'm Farrah — founder of ARIA: The Midlife Reset and a certified life coach supporting women through reinvention.

I work with women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who've spent years putting everyone else first — their careers, their families, their partners — and quietly lost track of themselves in the process. If you're feeling stuck, burned out, or a little lost, and you know something has to change but you're not sure what or how, you're exactly who I work with.

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in real life. I'm not here to hand you a generic five-step framework or tell you to "just manifest it." I'm here to help you slow down enough to get honest about what you actually want next — in your career, your relationships, your routines, your sense of self — and then help you build a plan you can actually follow.

My coaching framework, ARIA, stands for Awaken, Reinvent, Inspire, and Ascend.

Together we'll:
Awaken — get clear on where you are, what's no longer working, and what you really want
Reinvent — identify the shifts (big and small) that will get you there
Inspire — build the mindset, habits, and support system to sustain the change

I'm a wife, a mom, and a Brooklyn-raised, Atlanta-based woman who's navigated my own midlife reset after 20 years in corporate America; making my way up to VP and leading marketing teams in the tech industry. I know what it feels like to look at your life on paper and wonder why it doesn't feel like yours. I also know what's possible on the other side of that question.
