About Me

I’m a qualified coach with years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most personal and often hidden challenges, whether it’s building healthier habits, finding clarity after major life changes, or reconnecting with a sense of purpose. My coaching doesn’t come just from formal study, though I’ve invested deeply in psychology, and Jungian self-development. It comes from lived experience, having walked my own path through identity loss, career shifts, parenting, and rebuilding from the ground up.

What I offer is not textbook advice or surface-level motivation. My coaching philosophy is built on honesty, empathy, and clear, actionable strategies. I help people uncover blind spots they didn’t know were holding them back, patterns of thinking, emotional habits, self-doubt, guiding them to rebuild a sense of self that feels solid and unshakable.

Alongside coaching, I’ve written and published several self-help books, each one a reflection of both professional insight and personal transformation. Writing has been my way of offering something lasting tools and reflections that go beyond our coaching sessions and can be returned to in quieter moments.

That same passion led me to create the Your Pocket Coach App. I wanted clients to have something steady to lean on between sessions, daily guidance, reflective prompts, and structured support at their fingertips. I know that real growth doesn’t happen in one hour a week; it’s in the small choices we make every day.

I believe lasting change isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about steady, thoughtful action and deep self-awareness. My goal is to meet you where you are, walking besides you as you create shifts that truly last; personally, professionally, and spiritually.
