I'm Federica Lazza, a certified Somatic Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and the Holistic Coach Training Institute. Currently, I'm advancing my expertise as an intermediate-level trainee in Somatic Experiencing (SE®). My passion lies in guiding individuals to reconnect with their true selves by integrating mind, body, and emotions. Through personalized coaching, I assist clients in releasing stress, overcoming unhealthy habits, and transforming negative self-talk into compassionate confidence. Together, we work towards developing deeper relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and embracing emotions with acceptance.
