Federico is a coach you'll feel comfortable with right away. I really enjoyed the sessions we had together as he is able to filter week points without confronting you directly but leads you towards realizing it by yourself and then working on it together. Very effective and efficient.

I have completed 11 coaching sessions with Fed, and the progress Ive experienced has been both measurable and transformative. Before working with him, I was sleeping around 56 a.m. and waking up between 34 p.m., which significantly affected my structure and productivity.
