About Me

I coach young adults in the financial sector who feel undervalued and are dissatisfied at work, mainly because their peers and/or superiors can’t appreciate them for their true value, or can’t see the great in them.

These situations tend to create a state of discomfort in people’s lives, and uneasiness in their minds and hearts, impeding them from putting their whole creative potential into good use. As a result, the individual jumps from one project to another, trying to find the perfect job, whereas in fact their beliefs about them and how they approach everyday situations stops them from evolving.

My proposal consists of a simple and straight forward approach, which seeks to help the person gain and expand self-awareness, thus becoming more self-conscious and responsible for their own decisions, actions and the results that might come. Having the opportunity of working with other person your own goals is a relief (you know that somebody is "has your back"), while pushes the person to the growth zone, because they know they have to commit with someone that is there for them.

Once the person starts to gain confidence and becomes more responsible for their own decisions, they open up to new possibilities, even in the same environment, thus creating new opportunities for improving, developing and being seeing and recognized the way they want.

Since the past three years I have been coaching people from different backgrounds and ages. I have realized that I want to want to work with people who are committed to evolve, people that embrace change as a way to discover one true potential and accept the challenges that life puts before them as their life road to get the success they desire.
