About Me

I support professionals and emerging leaders who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or impacted by poor or toxic leadership.

My work focuses on helping clients regain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance during moments of change whether they’re navigating leadership challenges, career transitions, or burnout.

I combine Executive Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership Development to help clients think clearly, communicate more effectively, and make grounded decisions under pressure.

I trained in the U.S. with Symbiosis Coaching (Executive, Organizational Development & Emotional Intelligence Coaching) and am currently completing my ICF ACC credentialing process.

I also mentor postgraduate and executive students at Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE), supporting reflection, self-awareness, and leadership development.

I offer focused 60-minute clarity sessions, fully remote, in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.

These sessions are designed to help clients move from confusion to direction quickly, calmly, and with purpose.
