As an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with additional accreditation of the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), EMCC Senior Practitioner with over 700 coaching hours along with a rich corporate experience spanning over 25 years, I am excited to bring my experience and passion for Coaching to your employees.
My journey into coaching was inspired by a deep-seated desire to empower people to navigate the myriad options available to them, confidently articulate their needs and make holistic decisions to progress.
During my tenure of two decades in the corporate world, I amassed a wealth of experience in Talent and HR Operations, working and living across diverse geographies, including India, The Philippines, and The United States of America. In various senior leadership positions, I played pivotal roles in creating and expanding critical facets of the business, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success. I have also taken on client leadership roles, where I was entrusted with setting up and nurturing client accounts. My responsibilities encompassed client relationship management, organic and inorganic sales and meeting financial and contractual commitments.
My corporate journey has equipped me with a profound understanding of the daily challenges and opportunities professionals face. Now, as a certified coach, I am excited to merge my corporate acumen with my coaching expertise to provide valuable support in navigating life's complex paths.
