About Me

When a difficult conversation keeps not happening, a misunderstanding hardens into distance, or cultural difference is getting in the way of a relationship, a transition, or your own peace of mind — that's where I come in. I'm an ICF-accredited conflict transformation coach specialising in the messy, high-stakes moments that most people would rather avoid.

My approach is transformative rather than prescriptive. I don't arrive with a fixed framework and apply it to your situation — I accompany you in finding clarity, energy, and concrete tools that are genuinely yours. Whether you're navigating a workplace dispute, a difficult relationship, a career transition, or the frictions of a cross-cultural environment, the goal is movement: real, sustainable change.
That accompaniment is grounded in over 25 years of working as a mediator, consultant, facilitator, and trainer — in corporate environments, civil society organisations, and post-conflict settings across the UK, Italy, South and South-East Asia, Japan, and Latin America. My background spans management consultancy, peacebuilding with organisations in Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and Myanmar, and international development work in Peru and the Philippines. I hold a PhD from Coventry University examining the intersections of business and peacebuilding, an MSc in Conflict and Development from SOAS, and a degree in International Relations from the University of Milan.

I consider myself a third-culture person — raised in Italy, educated in British schools, with deep ties to Japan and fieldwork experience across four continents. Cultural difference isn't something I've studied from a distance. It's the water I've always swum in, and it shapes everything about how I listen and work.
