My professional career of more than 20 years of experience has been diverse and enriching, marked by experiences that share common objectives: service, leadership in emergency situations, decision-making, problem solving under pressure and the development of people, teams and organizations.

I have worked as a Fire Officer in Argentina, I have been a member of the Red Cross in Colombia and for more than 11 years I have provided services as an organizational consultant in Europe and LATAM for companies in different sectors, such as: Energy, Consulting - Big Four, Banking, Pharma, Hospitality and Tourism, IT, Logistics, Metallurgy, Retail, Food, Public Sector, Education and NGOs.

I accompany the comprehensive transformation, from the initial diagnosis of needs, execution and monitoring, through specific action plans with a constructive feedforward vision.
