I use modalities like Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing and more. Brainspotting is a unique method of mindfulness that has equipped many of my clients with learning more about their thinking patterns and choices that may or may not hinder their success. Many of my clients ask to use Brainspotting to help them sort through their thoughts and understand where their thoughts might be impacting their mind/body connection. This allows clients to understand how to transform their thinking and reach their goals. Brainspotting can be very effective with life coaching because it guides people with tapping into a part of their brain that they normally do not have access to.
