About Me

After more than 15 years in international sales leadership and team management, I’ve come to believe that true leadership is more about the questions than the answers.

I’ve worked in high-pressure roles across Eastern and Central Europe, leading diverse teams, from 5 to 100+, scaling businesses, and driving high stake results. But what stayed with me most wasn't the KPIs—it was the people: their growth, their doubts, their potential.

That’s why I became a trainer and now a coach.

I’m currently a ACC/PCC Candidate with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), working toward full certification by the end of 2025. I've completed accredited ICF Level 1 training and am committed to the highest ethical and professional standards in the field. My coaching practice blends this foundation with everything I’ve learned in real-life leadership—what works, what doesn’t, and how to grow through it all.
